Options & Instructions for Paying Quarterly Assessments

Quarterly assessments are due on:
- January 1
- April 1
- July 1
- October 1

1. Web Portal payments (preferred)
Login to the owner portal and go the “E-Pay” tab where you will see two options:

a. Recurring: You can set up ECAM auto-pay directly (with no fees). This is bank accounts (ACH) only – no debit/credit cards.
The auto-pay is drafted on the 10th of the month the dues are assessed and due. (If the 10th falls on a weekend or Holiday, they will be drafted the next business day).

b. One-time payment*: Please note this will charge a fee of $1.95 if using your bank account (e-check) and credit card fees for using a debit or credit card. You will be redirected to First Citizens Bank to finish the transaction.

*Please note that the one-time payments are processed through First Citizens and they are not managed by ECAM. If your assessments change, the system will not automatically update. You are responsible for managing this method directly.

2. Auto-Pay via ECAM form
Complete and return the ECAM auto-pay form with a voided check or screenshot/snippet of your routing and account number.
You are welcome to email this directly to ECAM at assoc@ecam.net.

3. Mail a check
Mail your check (payable to the association “West Shore Place”/not the management company) with the coupon to the AZ address on the coupon:
P.O. Box 65943, Phoenix, AZ 85082-5943

4. BillPay through your bank
The lockbox processing company is looking for the following information that matches your account. They post payments on the day they are received.

When using BillPay please include the below info on the check:
- Name on the association account (Property Owners Name)
- Account number - Found on your payment coupons or contact the office to obtain.
- Association Name - (payable to the association/not the management company)
- Property address if you have room.
- Set mail-to address to: P.O. Box 65943, Phoenix, AZ 85082-5943
